1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  1. Unworn

  2. Unwashed

  3. In original condition

  4. Free of odors, stains, or damage

  5. Returned with original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.

2. Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Sale or discounted items

  2. Limited drops

  3. Clearance items

  4. Gift cards

  5. Custom or made-to-order products

If you run limited releases or “drops,” this protects you from resale abuse.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact:

Include:

  1. Order number

  2. Full name used on order

  3. Reason for return

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Epic Clothing is not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  2. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

  3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the item shows signs of wear, the return will be denied.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order separately

This ensures fastest fulfillment.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review and provide a resolution.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

Claims of non-delivery must be resolved with the shipping carrier first if tracking shows delivery.

Abuse of this policy may result in refusal of future service.

9. Refused Packages

If a package is refused or returned to sender:

  1. Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  2. Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Updates become effective upon posting.
